This is the last blog post before the big sale on Saturday, July 19, from 10:00 until 5:00. The sale will be at my home located at 650 Shuck Pen Ridge Road in the Laurel Ridge development.  The entrance to Laurel Ridge is located on Baird's Creek. From 105, turn onto Baird's Creek. Go 1 mile and Laurel Ridge is the development on the right. There will be green signs directing you to my house. Look through all the blog posts to see a sampling of the wonderful items that will be available.

You'll want to come and see what David Gatton has made for our sale. If you enjoy feeding the birds you will love his wine bottle bird feeders.
Be sure to come and show this nice young man your support.

Some of you might be wondering where 650 Shuck Pen Ridge Road is located. From Highway 105 you turn on Baird's Creek. There are several large signs for Willow Valley Resort and Willow Creek Golf Course at the turn. Drive 1 mile on Baird's Creek and my development, Laurel Ridge, is on the right. Follow the bright green signs to my house. Take your time and enjoy the beautiful view at the top of the neighborhood.

Lindsay Lewchuk has a knitting pattern design company. She also creates hand knits featuring organic, natural, socially responsible, sustainable and alternative fiber yarns. Her creations will be available at our Mountaintop Christmas sale.

My sister, Patsy Cuthrell, has made a variety of bracelets for the sale. They are light weight and fun to wear.

Check out these fun clipboards that my niece Catherine has made.

And finally, some more of my fun and funky creations.

I'll send one more reminder next week. Hope to see you on the 19th from 10:00 until 5:00.

If you want to jazz up that special outfit, you will want to come to our Mountaintop Christmas Sale on July 19th, from 10:00 to 5:00. My friend Julie Puckett will have some of her fabulous jewelry and scarves. I have bought things from Julie and always get compliments when I wear them.  Here are some pictures of items that will be available at the sale.

This is an ornament that Julie made from a wine cork.

Jocie Taylor will also take part in our sale. She makes primitive crafts and baskets.

This Nativity is one of Jocie's wonderful creations.

Here are two of her baskets.

Believe it or not, I still have more people to introduce. Stay tuned for my next blog to meet them. It's only 3 weeks until sale day.  Hope to see you then.  For your convenience we will be taking cash, checks and credit cards.

Today I want to spotlight two of my friends, Denise Amat and Francie Hall. They will both be displaying their creations at our Mountaintop Christmas sale on July 19th, from 10:00 until 5:00.

Denise will be offering some of her beautiful paintings.

I'm sure you recognize the subject matter for this painting. I'm lucky enough to be able to look out my window and see Grandfather Mountain. Below you will see a few more of the wonderful paintings that will be available at our sale.

Whether you are from the mountains or the coast, you can find a beautiful  painting that will suit your desires.

This is a delightful book written by Francie Hall. Laced throughout the litany of letters in this celebratory alphabet book is the meaning of Christmas with an Appalachian twist. Exploring the whimsy and worship of Yuletide in the mountains, each letter captures a glimpse of the traditions, food, and frolicking shared by family and friends. Incorporating a legend about the animals around the manger, a program with angels announcing God's glory, and choirs softly singing carols, this A-to-Z book will become a new Christmas tradition for families that gather around the tree each December.

Be sure to mark your calendars and stay tuned for future updates.

I'm excited to introduce you to my beautiful niece, Catherine Clement. This picture of her is in the most recent issue of Best of Flea Market Style.

The magazine is going to do a full feature on her home next year so be on the lookout for that.

Catherine searches for colorful, beautiful fabrics to make her sewn creations.

Catherine makes all kinds of wallets and pouches and will have these available at our Mountaintop Christmas sale on July 19th from 10 to 5:00.

These are some examples of some of her fun pillows that she will be offering for sale.  She makes many other unique things so you'll just have to come to see them all.
